At Endless Imprints EVM, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized products and excellent customer service. Due to the custom nature of our products, please review our return policy below.
Returns and Refunds
•Personalized/Customized Items: All sales of personalized or customized items are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
•Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
How to Report a Defective or Damaged Item
•Contact us at endlessimprints@endlessimprintsevm.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged item.
•We will respond promptly and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping
•If a replacement is required for a defective or damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and the shipping for the replacement item.
•For all other inquiries, shipping costs are non-refundable.
